YTS-M1 is ideal for monitoring the micro-moisture of transformer, lubricating or hydraulic oils in large-scale continuous operation equipment. Heavy machinery comes with high standing costs when breakdowns lead to lost production. Water moisture is well known for the damage it causes to internal lubricated components. The presence of moisture will damage the oil film, wash out additives, cause corrosion of metal parts, shorten the service life of oil, and even cause unplanned stoppages and economic losses. For transformers, moisture compromises the insulating properties of the oil and pose a threat to the safety of personnel and equipment.
